About the Role :

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, building a software product plugin that connects various enterprise systems for the Fashion Industry. This role offers unparalleled exposure to unique challenges and opportunities.

You will work across the entire software development lifecyclefrom assessment and planning to technical design, development, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support. Collaboration will be key, as you engage directly with senior management, clients, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Independently develop high-quality software solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with customer business needs.

- Lead integration projects for fashion brands, including :
  • Designing custom GUIs
  • Integrating multiple systems
  • Forecasting project challenges and keeping stakeholders informed
- Develop frameworks and custom UIs using Qt Widgets on existing 3D Fashion Design Software.

- Utilize C++ programming and REST APIs to create connector plugins for bi-directional data flow between systems.

- Manage internal and external projects end-to-end, including :
  • Project scheduling and delivery
  • Quality checks
  • Issue and risk management
  • Progress monitoring, reporting, and documentation
- Support integration projects using C++, Qt, OOP principles, and REST Web Services.

- Mentor team members and trainees through task assignments, training, guidance, and performance reviews.

Requirements & Skills :

- 2 - 8 years of technical experience delivering complex software solutions across industries.

- Strong C++ programming skills and Qt-based C++ experience (OOP concepts & design patterns) - minimum 2 years.

- Proven experience with Qt Framework and Qt Widgets using Qt Creator IDE - mandatory.

- Experience in API integration and REST Web Services (advantageous).

- Completed 2 - 3 projects involving Qt and C++.

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; collaborative team player.

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to new technologies.

- Comfortable with startup culture and handling multiple tasks simultaneously (mandatory).

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (B.E./M.E.).
