Position Overview

:We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The CTO will oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge customer-facing applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate should be an expert in delivering high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences, with a keen eye for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of the PropTech landscape

  • s.Lead the development of scalable and secure digital solutions for customer-facing applications and webpage
  • s.Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies relevant to PropTec

h.Product Developmen

  • t:Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deploymen
  • t.Ensure intuitive user interfaces and excellent user experiences for all digital platform
  • s.Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align technology solutions with business need

s.Team Leadershi

  • p:Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering tea
  • m.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learnin
  • g.Establish best practices in software development, including Agile methodologie

s.System Architecture & Infrastructur

  • e:Design and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure system architectur
  • e.Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and seamless integrations with third-party service

  • s:Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and platform performanc
  • e.Implement advanced analytics, AI, and ML tools for enhanced decision-makin
