Job Description :


We are searching for a talented and experienced Node.js developer to join our team.


You will play a key role in building and maintaining highly scalable and performant web applications using Node.js and related technologies.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, front-end developers, and product managers to deliver innovative features and a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient Node. js applications using best practices and design patterns.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.

- Develop APIs using Node.js frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.

- Implement unit and integration tests for Node.js applications.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex Node.js application issues.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and its ecosystem.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of Node.js applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (a plus).

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience as a Node.js developer.

- In-depth knowledge of Node.js core concepts, including asynchronous programming, event loop, and modules.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and its nuances.

- Experience with a Node.js web framework like Express.js or NestJS.

- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and database querying techniques.

- Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha and a test runner like Jasmine.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with real-time messaging technologies like Socket.IO.

- Experience with GraphQL or RESTful APIs.
