Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Node.js and MySQL, along with knowledge of Express.js and MongoDB.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Node.js and MySQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using Express.js and MongoDB.

- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Ensure the quality and performance of code through code reviews and testing practices.

- Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality codebase.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

- Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) activities, including planning, estimation, and sprint execution following Agile methodologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Node.js Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and MySQL, with hands-on experience in building backend applications.

- Knowledge of Express.js and its application in developing RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

- Experience in technical leadership or senior developer roles is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
