Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wealth Manager to join our Private Wealth Management division. The Wealth Manager will focus on acquiring, managing, and advising High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), ensuring their financial portfolios are strategically managed to achieve long-term growth and diversification. This role requires strong client acquisition skills, advisory expertise, and deep knowledge of financial markets and wealth management products.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

- Acquire, advise, and manage a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients (minimum entry portfolio: 1 crore+).

- Leverage companys existing leads and networks of Affluent & Super-Affluent clients for portfolio expansion.

- Conduct in-person meetings and virtual consultations with potential clients to present wealth management solutions.

- Drive business development initiatives including seminars, workshops, and networking events to build a strong sales funnel.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple asset classes, ensuring alignment with clients long-term financial goals.

Advisory & Relationship Management

- Provide end-to-end wealth management advisory in collaboration with the Research, Financial Planning, and Operations teams.

- Manage clients overall financial portfolios by analyzing existing investments, identifying gaps, and recommending suitable investment strategies.

- Ensure deep wallet share by introducing new investment opportunities and strengthening long-term relationships.

- Coordinate with the Product & Research teams to design and recommend customized investment solutions (Equity, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, etc.).

- Monitor market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and investment risks to provide timely and informed advisory to clients.

Sales & Portfolio Growth

- Deliver measurable growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

- Execute high-ticket sales transactions, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills with HNIs and UHNIs.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while managing client portfolios and investment strategies.

Candidate Profile & 5-12 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, PMS Advisory, AIF Acquisition, or high-ticket Mutual Fund Sales.

Client Management: Proven experience in handling HNI & UHNI clients with strong relationship-building skills.

Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Equity markets, Debt instruments, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), PMS, Structured Products, and Mutual Funds.

Sales Acumen: Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and close large-ticket transactions.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client portfolios, identify trends, and prepare impactful presentations.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with both personal and virtual client interactions.

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Finance, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
