At Linnk, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals on projects that make a real impact while growing your leadership and technical expertise.Job SummaryWe are hiring Senior Engineering Managers – Frontend (React.js) to lead and grow our frontend engineering team that delivers Linnk’s SaaS products.- You’ll own the frontend technical strategy, manage and mentor a team of 8–10+ engineers, - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend leaders to ship high-performing enterprise UIs. - This role balances hands-on architectural leadership with people and delivery management, making you accountable for both team success and product excellence. - This is an on-site leadership role at our Cochin Innovation Hub with direct influence on Linnk’s core products and engineering culture.Key Responsibilities:Team & People Leadership- Manage and grow a high-performing team of 8–10+ frontend engineers. - Conduct hiring, performance reviews, and career growth planning. - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and engineering excellence. - Mentor engineers at all levels through technical coaching, workshops, and 1:1s.Technical Leadership & Execution- Define and drive Linnk’s frontend architecture and design system strategy. - Oversee the development of scalable React.js applications, ensuring best practices in performance, accessibility, and security. - Partner with Design on evolving our Material UI (MUI)-based design system and multi-brand theming approach. - Ensure consistent code quality, reviews, testing, and CI/CD integration. - Guide adoption of emerging technologies (Next.js, real-time UIs, AI-driven frontends).Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Product and UX to align engineering execution with product vision. - Collaborate with Backend/Platform teams to design efficient API contracts and integration workflows. - Partner with QA and DevOps to streamline release pipelines and frontend observability. - Own delivery timelines, risk management, and resource allocation for frontend projects. - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and reliability. - Evangelise frontend excellence across the company and represent the team in strategic planning.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (mandatory). - 10–15 years in frontend engineering, with at least 5 years leading and managing teams of 8–10+ engineers. - Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Proven experience architecting and scaling enterprise-grade UI systems. - Strong knowledge of MUI, design tokens, multi-theme strategies, and accessibility standards (WCAG). - Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context, Zustand) and async data handling with REST/GraphQL. - Experience defining frontend technical roadmaps and aligning them with business goals. - Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive cross-team alignment..Good to Have- Real-time UIs (WebSockets, SSE). - SaaS domain experience (CRM, ERP, workflow automation). - AI-powered UIs (chatbots, prompt-driven interfaces). - Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design. - Frontend observability, DevOps, and testing (Jest/RTL)..
