Position Overview :

As a Senior Java Architect with 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for defining and realizing end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.

You will leverage your expertise in Java/JEE technologies, design patterns, and software development methodologies to design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of non-functional requirements and possess hands-on experience in Java/JEE technologies, RDBMS, application servers, and Linux/Unix based operating systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Architecture Design :

- Define and realize end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Identify and define non-functional requirements and design systems to meet the same, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) :

- Apply design patterns effectively to address common design challenges and ensure scalability and maintainability of the system.

- Utilize strong experience in OOAD to design and architect complex software solutions.

Java/JEE Technologies :

- Demonstrate at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java/JEE technologies such as Spring, EJB, JMS, IBM Integration Bus, Mulesoft ESB, etc.

- Design and develop robust and scalable Java-based solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Database Management :

- Possess strong experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL), including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

Application Servers and Web Servers :

- Deep expertise in at least one application server such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss is a must.

- Experience with Apache HTTP (Web Server) is highly desirable.

Technical Documentation :

- Create and review technical documents, including architecture blueprints, design specifications, and deployment architectures.

- Ensure documentation is comprehensive and aligned with architectural principles and best practices.

Software Development Methodologies :

- Possess an excellent understanding of software development methodologies and architectures, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.

Linux/Unix Based Operating Systems :

- Demonstrate working experience on Linux/Unix based operating systems, including system administration and troubleshooting.

Industry Experience :

- Candidates must have prior experience in the Banking and Financial services industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations.

Key Technical Skills :

- End-to-end technical architecture design for large-scale enterprise systems.

- Strong experience in OOAD and applying design patterns effectively.

- Hands-on experience in Java/JEE technologies such as Spring, EJB, JMS, etc.

- Proficiency in at least one RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL).

- Deep expertise in application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.

- Experience with Apache HTTP (Web Server) is desirable.

- Technical documentation skills including architecture blueprints and design specifications.

- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and architectures.

- Working experience on Linux/Unix based operating systems.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Java architecture and development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Relevant certifications in Java technologies or related fields are a plus.
