Hiring 10+ years Java Architect to join our SaaS fintech Product company.

As a Java Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative, high-performance, and secure software solutions for our financial technology platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to architect scalable and reliable systems that meet the unique requirements of the fintech industry.

Role : Java Senior : 10+ Years

Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of Java-based software solutions for our fintech platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design efficient and scalable systems.

- Analyze business and technical requirements to propose and implement architectural solutions that align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the fintech industry and identify opportunities to leverage them in the architecture and development process.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the platform's architecture and development practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization techniques.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Java Architect in the fintech industry or a similar domain.

- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and associated frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, etc.).

- Strong understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and associated services.

- Familiarity with security protocols, compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR), and data privacy requirements in the fintech industry.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex architectural challenges.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
