What You’ll Do
  • Feature Definition: Aid in defining end-user product features from concept to execution, including detailing specific use cases and user flows across multi-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, engineering teams, sales & marketing teams, and other product managers to translate complex features into actionable product requirements.
  • Specifications: Create design specifications that clearly outline specific requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product impacts and requirements, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Customer Support: Support customers by capturing new feature requirements, triaging inquiries, and training new users.


Requirements
  • Education: BE/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2–5 years of previous product management experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in ad-tech, in product and/or engineering roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of design principles and user experience for data-focused products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and effectively communicating technical requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize complex features while clearly articulating benefits and costs to customers.
  • Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframing features, and designing A/B tests.
  • Experience supporting customers in front-facing roles, including conducting training sessions, fielding questions, and incorporating feedback into product roadmaps.
