The charter for this role will include:

  • Meet Allotted Team targets (Leads, Revenue, Applications & Visas)
  • Build and streamline processes (0 to 1) - you will help us set up this process, set up a team and build this business vertical alongside senior leadership
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth client/student journey
  • Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of job immigration consultants.
  • Analyse data for insights and reports
  • Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
  • Pipeline forecast & Management
  • Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors


Ideal Persona would:

  • The candidate should be from Immigration Industry (Mandatory)
  • In-depth knowledge of work permit rules and regulations/across different countries.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 immigration consultants.
  • Sound Understanding of various rules, regulations (Immigration & Visa process) and career options across various disciplines.
  • Extensive experience with documentation and petition drafting.
  • Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable.
  • Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
  • Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
  • Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
  • Expertise in time management, analytical and organisational skills along with prior experience in Team Management
