The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with strong analytical capability and 3+ years of post-qualification experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:- Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.- Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis, and business performance insights.- Build and manage financial models for decision support and scenario planning.- Collaborate with business teams to track key metrics and support strategic initiatives.- Analyze cash flow, working capital, cost structures, and profitability trends.- Support management reviews, board presentations, and financial reporting.- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data.- Continuously enhance analytical dashboards and reporting tools.Requirements:- CA qualified (cleared in 1, 2, or max 3 attempts).- 3+ years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience.- Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and business analytics.- Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools preferred.- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
