Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights, and developing financial models to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, evaluating performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in order to enhance financial planning and control efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data analysis to interpret financial data and drive decision-making processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and Financial Modeling to develop robust financial strategies and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software tools.
