About the Role
An exciting permanent opportunity exists to join BOQ Groups' ME Banks team as a Mobile Banker.
Support delivery of the ME Business Plan by turning leads into great customer outcomes.
Emphasis is to grow the portfolio and exceed acquisition targets with a focus on proactively managing prospective and existing customers to retain as well as refer business.
As a Mobile Banker, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personal home lending and financial solutions to both new and existing customers.
You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, managing complex needs and ensuring every stakeholder is kept informed at every stage. This role is designed for those new to banking who are ready to build a portfolio, develop referral sources, and establish a reputation in the local Sydney market.
You’ll receive coaching and support to help you grow, with a clear pathway to progress to Senior or Executive Mobile Banker roles. Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, managing your own schedule, and being mobile and flexible to meet customers where they are.
You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the lending process, from initial appointment to settlement and beyond, always striving to deliver an exceptional experience and drive customer advocacy.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting the BOQ brand, contributing to positive change, and living the values that define our purpose.
About you
You are an experienced lender, a natural connector, already embedded in your local community and ready to bring your own network of leads to the table from day one.
Your approach is community-centric, and you thrive on building relationships that go beyond transactions, creating genuine value for customers and partners alike.
Confident and engaging, you communicate with ease and clarity, making complex financial matters feel simple and accessible.
You’re self-driven and comfortable working independently, managing your schedule and priorities to deliver results without needing close supervision.
Your passion for helping others, combined with your ability to work autonomously and leverage your connections, sets you apart as the ideal Mobile Banker for our Sydney team.
