Job Description:

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, procurement and accounts teams for cost - related data
  • Prepare MIS reports for effective cost and budget tracking
  • Monitor and control project budgets for both ongoing and upcoming construction projects
  • Track and analyze project expenses to ensure adherence to budgets

Requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge of costing principles and budgeting techniques
  • Excellent analytical skills and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS and income provisions
  • Strong written and verbal communications
