About the RoleThis isn’t your typical “sit and execute tasks” job. This is aFounder's Office role— the nerve center where ideas turn into impact. You’ll workdirectly with our COO, driving key cross-functional projects that blendtech, automation, and business strategy. If you love solving problems, managing chaos, and turning “can we do this?” into “it’s done”, this role is made for you. What You’ll Be DoingWork alongside the COOto drive key strategic and tech-led initiatives. Own projects end-to-end— from ideation and coordination to execution and delivery. Collaborate withsoftware developers and cross-functional teamsto ensure progress on automation and AI projects. Bridge the gap betweenbusiness needs and technical execution. Roll up your sleeves to do hands-on work when needed (API testing, Zoho workflow understanding, data tracking, etc.). Continuously streamline processes, create structure, and ensure deliverables are met on time.⚙️ What You Bring1–3 years of experience inproject management, product operations, or founder’s office roles. Strongunderstanding of software projects, APIs, and automation logic (not mandatory to code, but must “speak developer”). Excellent incommunication, planning, and stakeholder management. Analytical mindsetwith comfort using data and dashboards for decision-making. A “figure-it-out” attitude — no task too small, no challenge too big. Bonus: Experience or exposure toZoho ecosystemor SaaS platforms.The Ideal YouAgeneralistwith a bias for action. Comfortable switching gearsfrom strategy meetings with the COO to guiding a tech intern on a workflow. A bornproblem solverwho loves to bring order to chaos.
