Nua is a venture-funded, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand transforming women's wellness in India. Starting with our innovative, chemical-free and India's only fully customizable sanitary pads, we are on a mission to develop holistic and personalized solutions for solving real problems that women face. Nua has raised over $12 million in venture funding, backed by marquee investors including Lightbox Ventures, Kae Capital, Deepika Padukone and Vindi Singh Banga, and Kamini Banga of the Banga family office.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, defining product requirements and ensuring products meets customer needs
  • Identify emerging trends, understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams
  • (Brand, sales) and external partners to develop and test new product concepts and prototypes
  • Has to conduct consumer trials to understand feedback on product & work accordingly
  • Responsible for product testing through labs
  • Responsible for leading the ideation, creation, execution and timely delivery of new products
  • Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously ensuring they are on track, on time and within budget
  • Understand consumer feedback on product & help customer escalations team with responses on product
  • Ensure quality of the products time to time through quality checks.
  • After launch, gather feedback and iterate on the product if required based on customer and market insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends & innovations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree/master's degree in science, preferably chemistry
  • Experience of 0-1 years preferred
  • Passion to work in the wellness space
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Experience with market research, consumer analysis, and identifying new trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
