Your Role: You'll be the bridge between product, users, and growth-taking big ideas and turning them into measurable impact.

From leading engagement experiments to building partnerships that deliver value, your work will speak through metrics such as, but not limited to Monthly Active Users (MAU), Repeat Usage, Time Spent, and Conversations Triggered.

You're not here to just market-you're here to create product love and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibility:

1. Drive Product Engagement :

- Define user engagement strategies for the SwiftChat app-to improve MAU, retention, and more.

- Create loops for continuous value-whether it's through habit-forming content or reward-driven nudges.

2. Run Experiments That Matter :

- Collaborate with the Product-Led Growth Manager to ideate, launch, and evaluate A/B tests that enhance product engagement, product discovery, and reduce friction.

- Turn data into action: analyse results, learn fast, and double down on what works.

3. Build Strategic Value Partnerships -

- Identify and execute high-impact partnerships that add tangible value for users.

- Co-create learning campaigns or service bundles that keep teachers and students coming back.

4. Own the Content Engagement Strategy -

- Work with internal creators and partners to ensure every message, module, or bot interaction is on-brand and on-mission.

- Think beyond content-craft immersive user journeys.

- Audit, improve, and revolutionize our learning content to make it world-class.

- Collaborate with creators to ensure content resonates with learners.

- Define and implement frameworks that scale quality and engagement.

5. Operate with Influence, Not Authority -

- Rally cross-functional teams (design, product, content, tech) around user-first ideas.

- Be a self-starter who can push change without a formal team.

6. Measure What Moves the Needle

- Define and measure KPIs that reflect user value and product performance.

- Use analytics and user insights to continuously refine your Strategic Doer - You can go from idea to execution without missing the details.

- Experiment-Led Thinker - You live and breathe hypothesis - test - learn cycles.

- Collaborator Extraordinaire - You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to lead without authority.

- User-Obsessed - You understand user behaviour, map pain points, and design strategies that solve real problems.

- Metrics-Minded - You know your MAUs from your DAUs and can turn metrics into action.

- Excellent Communicator - Whether it's a user journey or a team sync, your words land with clarity and intent.

Bonus points if you've :

- Experience in EdTech or consumer apps in emerging markets.

- Past roles in growth, product marketing, or partnerships.

- Exposure to AI-led products or chat-first interfaces.

- dabbled in product roadmaps, user research, or worked on tech-forward solutions.
