Position Overview:

As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality for any new changes or enhancements on our digital platforms. From understanding Salesforce Commerce Cloud to collaborating with cross-functional teams, your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Conduct quality assurance and maintain features on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Collaborate with teams to address high-priority issues on live websites.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Review user stories, design test plans, execute test scenarios, and log defects. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve existing features.


Capability Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce fashion retail, preferably with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, Ecommerce, SFRA, and integrations. Experience in manual testing, test automation, and creating test plans.


Platforms:

You'll leverage your knowledge and experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, SFRA Reference Architecture, and various tools including Adyen, Avalara, Cloudinary, Dot-Digital, and analytics platforms.
