FinAdvantage operates out of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, and Chicago.- Location: Gurgaon,(must be able to commute easily to Gurgaon & client site)- Industry: B2C | Startup Ecosystem/Interactive Entertainment/Consulting- Experience: 8+ years- Qualified CA & CS (both mandatory)- 8+ years of relevant experience (mix of consulting + B2C/startups preferred)- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Excellent stakeholder management & communication abilities- Work closely with senior management in a fast-growing, creative industry- Blend of strategic exposure and operational ownership- Opportunity to lead, influence, and make a real business impactAbout the Role:- We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on finance & compliance leader to join us.- If you are a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) with a mix of consulting and B2C startup experience, this could be the next big step in your career.- You will work directly with senior leadership, managing end-to-end finance, legal, and corporate governance functions, while leading a talented team and representing the client with external partners.Role and Responsibilities:- Lead financial operations: accounting, audits, MIS, budgeting & financial strategy.- Oversee legal, secretarial, and regulatory compliance (Companies Act, FEMA, etc.).- Partner with leadership on business planning, risk management & decision-making.- Handle client relationships and third-party interactions in high-pressure situations.- Manage and mentor a diverse finance & compliance team.- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English across teams and stakeholders.
