**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts; reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- ** Bank Reconciliations**: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring that all transactions are recorded, and discrepancies are addressed.
- ** Journal Entries**: Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, adjustments, and corrections.
- ** Month-End Close**: Contribute to the month-end closing process, ensuring all relevant financial data is accurately captured and reported.
- ** Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, and ensure data is entered correctly into accounting systems.
- ** Support Audits**: Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and information in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a basic accounting or finance role.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel All Common Excel Formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot table, Index match, Sumif, Sumifs, Countif, countifs, etc.)
- Experience with accounting software basic Tally ERP is a plus.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze and interpret financial information.
- ** Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ** Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
