Position Summary :


As a Power Platform Developer with 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform applications and solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into efficient Power Platform applications, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements for Power Platform solutions.

2. Solution Design: Create design specifications and architect solutions that leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

3. Application Development: Develop Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, Power pages and Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs.

4. Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and data sources using connectors and APIs.

5. Automation: Implement workflow automation, streamline processes, and optimize business operations using Power Automate.

6. Data Management: Develop data models, create dataflows, and ensure data quality and consistency within Power Platform solutions.

7. Security and Compliance: Ensure that Power Platform applications adhere to security and compliance standards, including data protection and user access control.

8. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Power Platform applications to ensure reliability and performance.

9. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Power Platform solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and best practices.

10. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and junior developers in using and maintaining Power Platform applications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Power Platform development.

- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service).

- Experience with integration techniques and data connectors.

- Understanding of security and compliance within Power Platform.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Power Platform certifications are a plus.
