Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, andimplementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps,and Power Automate. The Power Platform Developer will collaborate closely withbusiness stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficientand scalable solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

∙Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps,ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.∙Create automated workflows and business process automation solutionsusing Power Automate and Power apps.∙Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements,understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.∙Customize and extend existing applications built on the Power Platform tomeet evolving business needs.∙Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the reliability andperformance of Power Platform solutions.∙Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platformecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to improve businessprocesses.∙Provide training and support to end-users on using Power Platformapplications effectively.∙Document technical specifications, solution designs, and deploymentinstructions for Power Platform solutions.∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, anddata analysts to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:∙Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role, with astrong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PowerAutomate, custom connectors, API).∙Proficiency in developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps solutions witha focus on user experience and performance optimization.∙Hands-on experience with building complex workflows and automations usingPower Automate.∙Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL databases, and data integrationconcepts.∙Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using PowerPlatform tools.∙Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
