About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Deputy Manager Operations to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the railway and infrastructure domain.

The role demands strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, technical understanding, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Coordination & Delivery:

- Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring alignment between technical teams and client expectations.

- Monitor and track the progress of work packs and deliverables, addressing delays and ensuring timely & Documentation Oversight:

- Draft, review, and ensure accuracy of technical reports and submissions.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to review drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar CAD & Client Management:

- Liaise with railway authorities, clients, and sub-consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

- Attend client and stakeholder meetings to present updates and manage & Compliance:

- Prepare and manage project budgets in collaboration with internal teams.

- Compile and submit compliance reports based on observations or feedback from clients and Leadership:

- Support, guide, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

- Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented working Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering And MBA in sales or finance

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in Metro, LRT, or Mainline Railway projects, including exposure to pre-construction activities such as feasibility studies and detailed project Skills:

- Basic knowledge of civil estimates and execution planning.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools for reviewing engineering Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
