Trade Compliance Analyst

Relevant Experience: Min. 3-5 Years

No of Vacancies: 2

Location: Pune / Jaipur

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper HTS, ECCN, and COO classifications for products being imported into the United States along with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Perform and evaluate the process for accurate transaction screening and review of transactions, including denied and restricted party screening
  • Follow the timely reporting obligations to appropriate customs authorities
  • Records retention: handling the Import/Export transaction documentation and performing random audit check as required by company policy and regulations

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to adapt and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Excel, and proficiency in MS Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, proactive, with a positive demeanour

Experience:

  • 3-5 years overall experience within U.S. import and export control compliance functions, ideally in an international environment
  • FTA/COO knowledge and expertise
  • HTS and ECCN Classification

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is preferred.
