Job Overview

We are seeking a junior-level Field Service Technician to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our water treatment systems. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in pump installation, including the ability to manage and operate necessary tools and equipment efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site installation of pumps, filtration systems, and other related equipment as per company standards.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of water treatment systems.
  • Diagnose and repair any technical faults in equipment to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Keep accurate and thorough records of all service activities performed on-site.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients to aid in equipment handling and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the team to coordinate activities and share knowledge on systems improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance and installation tasks.
  • Regularly update knowledge of industry innovations and best practices to maintain competitive service quality.
