 Title : Growth Marketing Manager 

  Location: Noida (U.P.)

  Experience: 02+ years 


Role & Responsibilities: 


  1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on market penetration and customer acquisition in the B2B fintech space.
  2. Lead Generation: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Develop a systematic lead nurturing strategy to move leads through the sales funnel.
  3. Content Development: Create compelling, insightful content tailored for a B2B audience, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and industry reports that position our company as a thought leader.
  4. Digital and Social Media Marketing: Leverage digital channels such as , Twitter, and industry-specific forums to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Implement effective SEO and SMO practices to increase organic search and social media presence.
  5. Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, from conception to execution and analysis. Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes and measure results.
  6. Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics. Use insights to adjust marketing strategies proactively.
  7. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using predefined KPIs. Adjust strategies based on analytical findings to optimize marketing spend and impact.
  8. Event and Webinar Management: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, and industry conferences to generate leads and enhance brand authority.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, product teams, and external partners to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and customer needs.
  10. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels and activities.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
  2. 2+ years of  experience in marketing, with a focus on [specific areas, e.g., digital marketing, content strategy, etc.]
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing techniques, and analytics tools Yamm, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Drip email marketing campaign. 
  4. Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment and Fintech will be advantageous.
