About the Company:

Extramarks is seeking a skilled and experienced ‘Assistant Manager- Growth Marketing’ to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, utilizing various marketing automation tools such as Netcore, Clevertap and Moengage. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the internet CLM industry and have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.


About the Role:

Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, purchase, and engagement. Utilize Netcore/Clevertap/Moengage to create, launch, and manage targeted campaigns across various channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to develop campaign assets such as landing pages, events, email templates, and banners for push & in-app. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to management, making recommendations for optimizations and improvements. Use Excel and other data analytics tools to extract data from various sources and generate insights to inform campaign strategies. Manage the KPI's such as Activation, CTR, Conversions, WAU, MAU, Retention rate for different user segments and present it in a dashboard on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.


Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the digital, with a focus on campaign management and retention marketing.
  • Expertise in Netcore/Clevertap/Moengage/Adobe Campaign/Unica Campaign or any similar marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external vendors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. The ideal candidate should be able to use Excel to manipulate and analyze data, create pivot tables, and generate reports.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
