Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. Identify, research, and qualify prospects within assigned industries/territories. Engage with CXOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders to uncover potential IT needs. Own the pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoff to Business Development Managers. Maintain detailed prospect data in CRM and leverage tools for outreach efficiency. Mentor and coach fresher Inside Sales Associates in prospecting best practices. Consistently achieve targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Skills

B2B outbound inside sales/lead generation experience. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation quotas.  Strong objection – handling, negotiation, and communication skills.  Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
