Coal Characterization & Evaluation Conduct proximate, ultimate, andwashability analysis . Assess ash distribution, size fractions, and coal suitability for beneficiation. 2. Pilot Operations & Testing Assist with test runs ondry coal separationequipment (air-based, XRT, or FGX systems). Record and interpret performance data – throughput, yield, and ash reduction. 3. Technical Documentation & Reporting Maintain test data, SOPs, and process logs. Prepare concise performance summaries and technical reports. 4. Regulatory & Engagement Support Help with quality certification documentation and safety protocols. Contribute to PSU and government tender preparation materials.Who Should Apply Students or recent graduates inMining Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Mineral Processing, or Fuel Engineering. Exposure tocoal preparation, washability analysis, or beneficiation plantsis desirable. Strong analytical and communication skills. Keen interest incoal technology, plant operations, and industrial R&D. Applications from e-waste, battery recycling, or chemical-engineering backgrounds will not be considered.Explicit Exclusion:This role isnotfor e-waste, battery recycling, or hydrometallurgy.
