Fintech Leader

Summary:

Electron is launching a new product called Nuvio that enables ultra efficient cross border payments using stablecoins. I am looking for fintech leaders or ex-Founders to lead this project end to end, and eventually lead as CEO when we spin this off into a new company.

Background:

With the stablecoin legislation passed in USA, the roadmap for global adoption of stablecoins is laid out. it is clear that within the next 10 years, stablecoins will more or less replace SWIFT for cross border payments.

Electron is working with selected fintechs and businesses. For them, Nuvio will process cross border payments within 10 minutes as opposed to several hours/days, and at 5X cheaper (at least) forex rates that anyone out there. We already support USA to Singapore, with more jurisdictions opening soon.

About the Role:

1. I am looking for exFounders or senior fintech executives to lead this project end to end in a "Product CEO" role.
2. This includes setting up distribution pipelines, hiring if necessary, dealing with legal advisors to setup compliance processes, etc. We have a branding, marketing and engineering team at Electron, so you won't have to do that.
3. We have an end to end execution plan laid out, so you can hit the ground running.
4. This can be potentially spun off into a different company.
5. On the call, we will primary discuss how we can scale quickly, so how quickly you can bring in customers would be key.

Location:

You can be located anywhere in the world. However, being present in USA, UAE, Singapore, HK is advantageous due to the nature of the product.

Compensation:

1. This is a high stakes role, and hence it is equity led. Cash component can be discussed.
2. When you join, your primary focus (and mine) will on getting customers and securing transaction volume.
3. We would prefer to give out cash compensation from day 1 if we feel confident that you can secure the transaction volumes.
4. The backend infra for money flows, legal, side, and license partnerships are sufficiently in place already to service any volumes onboarded by you. Over time, you can take over this function as well.
