Based in Nashik, the company started as a solo project and now has a team of 40 dedicated members. Cretekala is renowned for its stylish range of durable concrete products, including planters, basins, and countertops. The company continues to innovate and inspire with its creative concrete design solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accountant located in Nashik. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, processing payroll, budgeting, and providing financial guidance to support business decisions. The Sr. Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient and effective financial operations.QualificationsA candidate should possess the following skills:- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting - Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
