This is a hands-on role focused onresearching, ideating, executing, and optimizingcampaigns acrossLinkedIn Ads and Google Search & Display . As new opportunities emerge, you will also help Joveo test and adoptupcoming channels like Reddit and ChatGPT-based ad placements . You will manage theentire paid media budget , ensuring efficient allocation, rigorous experimentation, and ROI-driven decision-making. Also, deliver deep insights across the funnel—from impressions all the way to opportunities and pipeline.Key Responsibilities: -Campaign Strategy & Planning Research audiences, competitive landscape, and channel opportunities across LinkedIn and Google. Ideate campaign concepts, audience structures, messaging angles, and test plans. Build campaign calendars aligned to pipeline, product themes, and quarterly GTM priorities.-Execution & Optimization Set up and launch campaigns acrossLinkedIn AdsandGoogle Search & Display . Drive full-funnel optimization: CTR, CPC, Cost/MQL, Cost/Opp, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Create structured A/B tests across creatives, messaging, bids, and audiences. Monitor pacing, spend allocation, and lead quality; optimize continuously. Maintain tracking quality, UTMs, and alignment with HubSpot/Salesforce (with RevOps support).-Reporting & Insights Ownend-to-end reportingacross channels: impressions → clicks → leads → MQLs → opportunities → pipeline → revenue. Build dashboards and recurring reports to analyze channel and campaign performance. Generate deep insights on: Impression-to-opportunity conversion impact Channel-level contribution to pipeline and SQLs Creative and audience performance ROI, and attribution trends Present weekly/monthly performance reviews to Demand Gen leadership. Translate performance data intoclear recommendations and next steps .-Budget Management Own the full paid media budget: allocation, optimization, and forecasting. Ensure every dollar delivers a clear, measurable impact. Produce weekly/monthly insights and recommendations.-Emerging Channels & Experimentation Stay ahead of new advertising opportunities, especiallyReddit AdsandChatGPT-driven ad ecosystems . Build controlled, data-driven experiments to test channel viability.-Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Content, Design, and Product Marketing for creative and messaging alignment. Collaborate with RevOps and the Director of Demand Generation on attribution, reporting, and performance reviews.Required Skills & Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experiencerunning LinkedIn Ads and Google Search & Display campaigns (mandatory). Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization frameworks. Ability to write crisp, effective ad copy. High logical reasoning ability and a data-driven approach. Strong execution discipline and attention to detail. An ideal candidate would be: Consistent– disciplined, reliable, and structured in execution. Sharp & analytical– strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capability. Curious & experimental– eager to test and explore new channels. Hands-on– able to independently run campaigns end-to-end.Certifications (Required or Preferred): Google Ads Certification(required) LinkedIn Ads Certification(required or must obtain within 30 days)Why Join Joveo?
