About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, ReactJS, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality code delivery through modern CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.

- Build and integrate front-end solutions using ReactJS.

- Work extensively with Kafka messaging systems for event-driven architectures.

- Implement and manage GraphQL and REST APIs for scalable data exchange.

- Ensure seamless database design, management, and optimization.

- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

- Write and execute unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, UX) for smooth delivery.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of professional experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in ReactJS for front-end development.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging and event streaming.

- Experience in developing APIs with GraphQL and REST.

- Solid understanding of relational & NoSQL databases.

- Strong exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to security best practices in application development.

- Knowledge of API gateways and service meshes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and architectural thinking.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.

- Self-driven and proactive approach.
