Position: US Tax Preparer / Consultant Work Mode : Remote ️ Working Days: Monday- Friday ⏰ Work Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM (IST), EST - 10AM - 7PM Experience Required: 5 + years Client: Leading US Based Fintech Company Salary: 1000 dollars P/M (a bit Flexible)About the Role:We are seeking an experienced US Tax Preparer / Consultant with strong expertise in S-Corporation (1120S) and Individual (1040) tax returns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with CPA firms or US-based clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings in compliance with IRS regulations.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review S-Corp (1120S) and Individual (1040) tax returns. Work closely with US-based CPAs and clients to gather and analyze financial data. Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws. Manage multiple client portfolios and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Maintain knowledge of current tax laws and updates.Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in US taxation, focusing on S-Corp and Individual returns. Strong knowledge of IRS forms, federal/state tax laws, and filing procedures. Experience using Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or QuickBooks. Prior experience with CPA firms or public accounting firms preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Willingness to work EST hours (US shift).
