Your Playground)- Work independently or collaboratively to deliver innovative design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. - Establish and evolve design principles, interaction patterns, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products. - Collaborate closely with product managers and fellow designers to craft scalable, reusable design solutions for complex systems. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs. - Act as a design advocate within the organization, contributing to the growth ofthe design culture. - At IDfy, our design team aims to be more than just a department—we strive to become a brand within the company.
