Mobile Device Management (MDM) EngineerLocation: MumbaiJob Description Intune Lead Job Summary: Were looking for a skilled MDM Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise mobile and endpoint device strategies using Microsoft Intune and SCCM. You\'ll be responsible for device lifecycle management, policy enforcement, software distribution, and compliance monitoring, ensuring secure and streamlined operations across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM infrastructure for endpoint and mobile device management Configure device compliance policies, conditional access, and application protection policies in Intune Automate software deployments, patching, and OS imaging via SCCM Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for device enrollment, connectivity, and performance issues Monitor device health, compliance status, and security configurations across various platforms Create and maintain group policies, packaging scripts, and deployment baselines Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align endpoint policies with company standards Document all operational procedures, runbooks, and deployment workflowsRequired Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM (ConfigMgr), and endpoint management practices Strong grasp of Windows 10/11, Android/iOS management, and device provisioning PowerShell scripting and automation experience Understanding of Azure AD, conditional access, and security baselines Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders Proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities 3-5 years experience managing enterprise MDM environments MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
