Job Title: Sr Executive-Client Servicing & Social Media Immediate Joiners preferred Overview We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who can seamlessly manage client relationships while leading social media strategy and execution. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of digital trends to deliver impactful results for clients.Key Responsibilities-Client Servicing ● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and smooth coordination. ● Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations to deliver effective solutions. ● Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflow across creative, content, and strategy teams. ● Conduct regular review meetings, share performance reports, and gather feedback to improve service quality. ● Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining strong relationships. ● Prepare and present campaign ideas, social media plans, and performance updates.Social Media Management ● Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). ● Create and curate engaging content in collaboration with the design and content teams. ● Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and emerging formats to optimize content performance. ● Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement. ● Analyse performance metrics and prepare insights-driven reports. ● Plan and manage paid promotions (if applicable).Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. ● 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, social media management, or digital marketing. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. ● Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. ● Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar (preferred).Key Competencies ● Client relationship management ● Social media strategy ● Content planning & execution ● Analytical thinking ● Time management & organisation ● Creativity & trend awareness ● Team coordination
