Key Objective:To manage and maintain the personal financial records, transactions, and banking operations of the Managing Director, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.Roles and Responsibilities:- Bank Account Management - Maintain and monitor personal bank accounts of the MD (savings, current, investment accounts). - Track deposits, withdrawals, auto-debits, and credit card payments. - Record all personal income and expenses in Tally accurately. - Prepare monthly and yearly expense reports in Excel. - E-mail handling - Taxation & Compliance SupportRequired Skills:- Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. - Strong command of Microsoft Excel - Understanding of personal finance, banking processes, and tax basics. - Highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.Experience:- Minimum 3 years of experience handling accounts for high-level executives (Directors / MDs)Location- Malad, MumbaiJob Role- OnsiteYou can also share your resume on hr@aumsecurities.in
