Qualification :

BE / BTech - Mechanical Graduate

12 + years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Gulf region


Requirements :

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define and clarify project scope and objectives.

3. Collaborate with the client's representatives and government entities, such as Civil Defense, to secure necessary local authority approvals and address project-related issues.

4. Develop and manage project schedules, facilitating timely completion of project milestones.

5. Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability while obtaining necessary management approvals for any deviations.

6. Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and CAD operators to ensure effective project execution.

7. Identify and assign tasks to ensure efficient execution of the HVAC project according to the agreed work program.

8. Provide guidance to the CAD team in developing shop drawings (ducting, piping, HVAC, chilled water schematics, plumbing, firefighting) that meet accepted standards and project specifications within budget.

9. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

10. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and adherence to project specifications.

11. Manage procurement processes for HVAC equipment and materials, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.

12. Ensure timely billing, certifications, and payment collections to maintain financial health.

13. Maintain organized documentation, including contracts, drawings, and manuals, in designated project files.

14. Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency.

15. Review of the Project Profitability Report (PPR) with management, accounting, and commercial departments.

16. Foster a collaborative working environment to promote teamwork and morale.

17. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.

18. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

19. Review and approve final project deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
