**Qualifications and Requirements**

We are seeking a highly experienced BE / BTech - Mechanical Graduate with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Gulf region.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define and clarify project scope and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the client's representatives and government entities, such as Civil Defense, to secure necessary local authority approvals and address project-related issues.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, facilitating timely completion of project milestones.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability while obtaining necessary management approvals for any deviations.
  • Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and CAD operators to ensure effective project execution.
  • Identify and assign tasks to ensure efficient execution of the HVAC project according to the agreed work program.
  • Provide guidance to the CAD team in developing shop drawings (ducting, piping, HVAC, chilled water schematics, plumbing, firefighting) that meet accepted standards and project specifications within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage procurement processes for HVAC equipment and materials, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure timely billing, certifications, and payment collections to maintain financial health.
  • Maintain organized documentation, including contracts, drawings, and manuals, in designated project files.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency.
  • Review of the Project Profitability Report (PPR) with management, accounting, and commercial departments.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment to promote teamwork and morale.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Review and approve final project deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
