You’ll work closely with the design, revenue, and operations teams to convert data into action and storytelling into conversions.Key responsibilities: Plan and manage paid campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. Optimise campaigns forROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions. Set up and monitorUTM parametersandGA4 trackingfor performance measurement. Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals. RunA/B teststo identify high-performing creatives and audiences. Build and manage remarketing funnels to re-engage potential customers. Analyse data, generate insights, and prepareweekly/monthly performance reports. Explore and implement new digital growth opportunities and tools.Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experiencemanaging paid media campaigns. Strong command overMeta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager. Experience in thehospitality, travel, or D2C sectorpreferred. Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
