With strong market presence and innovation-driven execution, they help businesses scale and operate in highly demanding global environments.Job Description- Manage international B2B telecom sales across multiple countries - Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions & deal closures - Build relationships with enterprise clients, carriers & global partners - Drive sales strategies for telecom network services: - IP Transit, MPLS, SD-WAN, Routing, Switching, Cloud Connectivity - Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions - Analyze market trends, competition, and telecom ecosystem developments - Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates & performance reports - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize sales lifecycleMandatory Skills✔ Telecom Domain Knowledge- Understanding of telecom network architecture, routing, switching - Familiarity with SD-WAN, NMS, automation frameworks - Knowledge of global telecom services & connectivity solutions✔ International Sales Expertise- Experience handling multi-country enterprise sales - Strong negotiation & deal-structuring capabilities - Ability to operate across different cultures & time zones✔ Technical Acumen- Ability to understand network solutions & explain value propositions - Experience bridging business and technical requirements✔ Communication & Leadership- Excellent communication skills (voice-focused) - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams globallyImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:- You have less than 12 months or more than 24 months of experience - You are not willing to work Night Shifts (24/7 rotation) - You cannot work from office in Hinjewadi, Pune - You are not a Graduate - You have no telecom domain exposure - You are looking for day shift / remote role✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.Random or irrelevant applications will NOT be processed.
