Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager Electrical located in Faridabad. The Sales Manager Electrical will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include customer relationship management, market research, proposal preparation, and budget management. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and resolving any sales-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and their applications
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research and proposal preparation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams and resolve issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the telecom or related industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
