Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for a Data Analyst who can find clarity in chaos and stories in spreadsheets. If you enjoy asking questions that numbers can answer—and more importantly, knowing which questions are worth asking—you might enjoy this ride. You enjoy patterns, challenge assumptions, and make decisions easier for everyone else, all while keeping your formulas intact.

Primary Responsibilities:


• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define metrics and extract relevant insights.


• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data exploration.


• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and performance tracking tools.


• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven business planning.


• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.


• Transform raw data into actionable insights and digestible formats for stakeholders.


• Document processes, workflows, and data definitions clearly.


• Present findings with clarity to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Contribute to data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Primary Skills:


• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.


• Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and visualization.


• Strong foundation in statistics and data modeling.


• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (bonus points).


• Understanding of data warehousing and data cleansing techniques.


• Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.


• Good communication skills and an analytical mindset.

Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.


• Relevant certifications in data analytics or visualization tools are advantageous.

Experience:


• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
