Description :Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js to design and build intuitive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies, UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate design concepts into functional web applications.Key Responsibilities :- Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using React.js and related libraries.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.- Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into clean, maintainable code.- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.- Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve coding standards.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI/UX issues across various browsers and devices.- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).- 26 years of professional experience in frontend development (customizable).- Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and functional components.- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive design.- Knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.- Experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar tooling.- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.- Experience with Git and version control workflows.- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills :- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.- Knowledge of Styled Components, TailwindCSS, or other CSS-in-JS frameworks.- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Understanding of accessibility standards (A11y) and cross-browser compatibility.Soft Skills :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Attention to detail with a passion for quality UI.- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
