Description :Location : Pune (onsite).About The Role :We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining user-facing web applications.The ideal candidate should have strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js, with a solid understanding of web development best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain frontend modules and components.- Customize and enhance features as per project requirements.- Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather and analyze requirements.- Communicate progress and task status regularly to the project manager.- Take ownership of assigned projects, monitor for bugs, and ensure timely fixes.- Follow guidelines for quality delivery, documentation, and code management.- Coordinate with peers on common tasks and provide technical support when needed.- Stay updated with new technologies and share knowledge with the team.Required Skills & Experience :- Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development.- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.- Strong understanding of web performance, debugging, and optimization.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.- Good architectural and design thinking skills.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.- A portfolio showcasing previous frontend work is an advantage.
