Job Title: WhatFix Developer (Training Digital Asset Developer)

Talent Segment: Content Lighthouse (Centre for Excellence)


Responsibilities

● Work closely with Curriculum Managers and Specialists across all service lines to intake WhatFix learning needs

● Recommend the appropriate WhatFix tool(s) that best support the learning goals

● Perform advanced customization on the DAP templates using HTML, CSS and Javascript (JSX)

● Synthesize broad learning needs into concise, streamlined learning support prompts

● In close partnership with the Curriculum team, develop WhatFix learning support, applying varying complexities of tool functionality

● Flexible and responsive work schedule, to accommodate varying project timelines and global time zones

● Deliverables will be outlined within agreed-upon SLA Qualification

● Minimum 2 years experience developing learning content using multiple tools for different environments: eLearning (moderate interactivity) instructor-led learning, virtual instructor-led learning, digital assets, etc.

● Whatfix certification is preferred

● Knowledge of advanced customization on the DAP templates using HTML, CSS and Javascript (JSX)

● Minimum 2 years of experience managing learning development projects

● Demonstrable practice writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts

● Proficient in the use of the Google Suite (Google docs) in a collaborative environment

● Proficient working in an Mac and Windows environment

● Fluency in English, conversational and technical language

● CS Ambassador or Trust Specialist experience preferred

● Demonstrable proficiency with current version of Whatfix or equivalent tool preferred
