The Store In-Charge will oversee the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, monitoring retail loss prevention measures, providing excellent customer service, leading customer satisfaction initiatives, and managing overall store performance to achieve targets. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company policies will be essential.Qualifications Proficiency in Store Management, with a focus on inventory control and operational oversight Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring quality interactions and a seamless shopping experience Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and address customer inquiries Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard assets and minimize risks Ability to lead and supervise staff while consistently meeting store performance goals Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field Previous experience in retail or store management is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills and a result-driven mindsetLocation: Nayka Kheda, Gujarat Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical or relevant) Employment Type: Full-Time (Freshers can apply, upto 3 years of experience) Send your CV to hr.nayka@jindalfinechem.com , 9713867046
