Cssd Technician

Arranging the sterile items in the Sterile Store Room.
- Carrying out the activities carried out by the other technicians when required.
- Ensure cleaning the department and other housekeeping related activities.
- Issuing the items to the user departments.
- Loading the materials for sterilization.
- Lubricating and separating the instruments that do not function.
- Maintaining the registers required as per NABH key quality indicators.
- Material planning and communicating to the In Charge.
- Monitoring the parameters.
- Packing and labeling the materials.
- Planning and executing the cleaning & sterilization processes.
- Preparing items for sterilization - gauze, cotton and such other consumables.
- Putting up and updating the Standard Operating Procedures related to CSSD.
- Recall procedure initiation.
- Receiving, checking and segregating the CSSD items.
- Running validation tests.
- Washing, cleaning and drying the instruments.
