About SneloSnelo is a stealth consumer tech startup based in Bangalore, building a real-world, high-speed, on-demand platform designed to make instant convenience accessible to millions.We’re currently in the MVP phase, assembling a founding engineering team that thrives on ownership, creativity, and velocity - building a product from zero to launch entirely in-house.If you’re a React Native mobile engineer who can build, ship, and scale polished Android + iOS apps end-to-end, this is your chance to join early, move fast, and own core product experiences.Role: Founding Mobile Engineer (React Native)As Snelo’s Founding Mobile Engineer, you will own the complete mobile product experience - from architecture to release. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team, shaping both technology and user experience from Day 1.Responsibilities- Build high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (TypeScript / JavaScript) for Android + iOS. - Implement core product flows: authentication, notifications, deep linking, analytics, and API integrations. - Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate Firebase / Node.js APIs and handle real-time data sync. - Optimize app performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Manage App Store / Play Store deployments, OTA updates, and version control. - Set up CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or similar). - Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver smooth, pixel-perfect experiences. - Monitor analytics and user behavior to iterate quickly on feedback.Requirements- 2–6 years of experience in React Native app development (Android + iOS). - Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, React Hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API, or Recoil). - Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) or similar BaaS. - Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, API integration, and performance optimization. - Comfortable with Git, debugging, testing, and version control workflows. - Familiar with App Store / Play Console release processes and OTA updates. - Must be based in Bangalore (on-site only).Bonus Skills- Experience with native modules (Swift / Kotlin bridge). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Codemagic, Bitrise). - Prior startup or MVP-phase experience. - Understanding of analytics tools like Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.Why Join Snelo- Be a founding engineer, not just a developer - your work will define the product’s foundation. - Shape both tech and product direction from the earliest stage. - Work directly with founders - zero red tape, maximum velocity. - Build something real that will touch millions of lives.Apply NowKindly fill basic info on EasyApply and fill this direct form below as well.Apply Now using this form:https://forms.gle/jfDE98XSPM2ECZAF9orhttps://lnkd.in/gxG88Cr2Mail to: [hello@snelo.com]
